
17 Aug State Government Grant Available TO Employers of Apprentices in Western Australia
Looking to hire a recommencing apprentice or trainee and located in Western Australia?
You could be eligible for up to $6,000 per apprentice and $3,000 per trainee!
The Western Australia State Government has recently launched its Apprenticeship Re-engagement Incentive, an initiative created to assist out-of-trade apprentices and trainees to recommence their apprenticeships.
Under this scheme, eligible employers will receive a one-off payment of $6,000 per apprentice, and $3,000 per trainee, for reengaging an apprentice or trainee who was terminated by a previous employer.
Furthermore, businesses who receive the re-engagement incentive are still eligible for all other Western Australia State Government and Commonwealth Wage Subsidies.
