The company is seeking an experienced Supervisor to join their team for the running of electrical projects in Emerald. You will bring your electrical industry expertise to provide technical support to clients, supervise a team of tradespersons and oversee day-to-day operations on projects. Your responsibilities will include: Liaise with clients and potential clients to position the company for their work Prepare quotes and follow up quotes to ensure a pipeline of work Supervising labour including timesheets, leave and training Ensure staff are adequately trained and supervised for the tasks allocated Monitor project progress, quality control, and undertake WH&S site audits Forward planning, delegating tasks and monitoring material requirements Concisely communicating with a range of people including company clients, end users, tradespersons, sub-contractors, and apprentices Ensuring project deadlines are being met and quality workmanship is maintained Work on the tools as required This position is best suited to an energetic, ambitious person who is quality and safety focused.
