Reporting directly to the Office Manager this is position a best suited someone who is proficient in the use of Microsoft Office programs, accounting software and database management systems, demonstrates exceptional communication skills and a strong attention to detail.  In the position of Receptionist you will be the front face of the business with a friendly, welcoming attitude.  You will provide a high level of service to both internal and external customers, maintain a professional demeanor and ensure office guests feel welcome. You will also provide a high level of general administrative support to the office including: Answering incoming calls, directing accordingly and/or accurately taking messages Meeting coordination and management, utilising Microsoft Teams, Zoom and Outlook Prepare and coordinate new employee inductions, including printing of materials and scheduling attendees and meeting rooms Procurement of employee uniforms and PPE equipment Fleet management and arranging calibration of equipment Liaising with industry suppliers to procure and coordinate project materials, plant and equipment  Accurate data entry for invoicing, accounts payable and accounts receivable preparation Assist in ensuring employee timesheets are submitted, collated and prepared for payroll weekly Mail distribution and organising couriers  General and ad hoc administrative support duties as required BenefitsEnjoy a positive working environment with an industry leader offering a friendly and welcoming work environment.
