We are currently recruiting for a new Projects and Service Administrator to join the business. This is a permanent, full time opportunity offering a stability and a positive working environment. OpportunityAs an integral part of the team, you will work closely with and report to the Service Manager. You will be responsible for the scheduling and rostering of technicians, receiving service calls from customers, and responding to queries in a timely manner. Your attention to detail and strong computer skills will assist in the analysis of labour and resources, while ensuring that the information for the projects, service calls, maintenance contracts, and breakdowns has been captured accurately and kept up to date at all times. This position will also see you responsible for the following: Providing administrative support to all Management; Driving the Service Manager to ensure all important deadlines & milestones are met; Daily Coordination of service personnel and communication of job information; Responding to customer enquiries; Operation of simPRO, including but not limited to: Scheduling & processing of weekly timesheets; job creation & management; customer invoicing for all Management; entry of supplier invoices; ordering & materials handling; Management of plant & equipment calibration & testing; Accurate service job / project reporting as required by staff; Collating and following up on completed service reports; Assisting the Business Services Manager to maintain IMS certification; Database management, including but not limited to; simPRO Formatize; simTRAC; Maintaining staff & contractor inductions & licenses; Maintaining service register; Processing expense claims and costing to relevant job orders; Answering incoming calls and greeting visitors on arrival to the office; and Maintaining OH&S manuals. This is a permanent full-time position, working Monday to Friday with standard working hours between 7:00am to 3:00pm.
